The fully accredited managing forklift operations course is aimed at those who oversee workplace activities involving fork lift trucks, such as managers and supervisors. Although supervisory staff are not required to hold a forklift qualifications, in order to identify good and bad practice they need knowledge and confidence to maintain a safe work environment.
